From 28 September 2026, Elecbrakes brake controllers and accessories will no longer be sold directly through our website. Instead, they will be available exclusively through our authorised retailers, trade specialists, installers, dealerships, manufacturers, and online partners.
Stepping back from direct online sales allows our team to focus resources on supporting our partners, maintaining product availability, expanding our installer network and continuing to develop innovative towing technology.

While the way you purchase Elecbrakes is changing, our commitment to our customers remains exactly the same:
- Same local support: Product support, technical assistance, and warranties remain fully managed by our Australian-based team. When you have a question or need advice, continue to deal directly with us.

- Widespread availability: With an extensive network across Australia and New Zealand, finding a unit locally or ordering online through your preferred retailer is easier than ever.

Transition Timeline
If you want to order directly from our website, our online store will remain active until Sunday, 27 September 2026. From 28 September onward, our website will direct customers to authorised Elecbrakes trade and retail partners.
