Major prize draw Terms and Conditions

This page outlines the Terms and Conditions for the Elecbrakes major prize draw from the Newcastle Caravan Camping Lifestyle Expo.

1. Any person who has entered the Elecbrakes major prize draw is eligible to win the major prize of a Dometic Fridge chosen by Elecbrakes.
2. Entry to the Elecbrakes major prize draw is done so by willingly giving your email address, contact name and contact phone number to Elecbrakes
3. All personal details provided to Elecbrakes will not be sold to any third party marketing agencies and will only be used by the Elecbrakes marketing and sales team
4. The winner of the Elecbrakes major prize will be announced via email and may be followed up by the provided contact phone number. 
5. The winner of the Elecbrakes major prize will also be published on our social media channels of Facebook, Instagram or YouTube
6. The winner of the Elecbrakes major prize draw will be drawn on Monday 6th February 2023
7. The winner of the Elecbrakes major prize draw will be selected randomly and will be filmed and posted on our social media channels
8. The Elecbrakes major prize can not be redeemed for a cash prize or any other prize other than what has been outlined as the major prize during the Newcastle Caravan Camping Lifestyle Expo
9. As in accordance with the NSW game of chance regulations, the winner of the Elecbrakes major prize draw will receive their prize within 28 days of the winner being announced. 
10. As in accordance with the NSW game of chance regulations the winner of the Elecbrakes major prize from the Newcastle Caravan Camping Lifestyle Expo will be published on the internet for a minimum of 28 days.
